new kitchen knife
The picture above really puts the knife's size in perspective. It's about 17 1/2" long from butt to tip.
This is how it looks in my kitchen.
German steel. Sharp as a sonofabitch. Cuts meat so thin my inlaws will never come back! ( I like that one still!)
I got it for about $30 at the local horse and bull show. I really like it. It does the job.
